Fangda Carbon New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Fangda Carbon) plans to conduct a bidding for the No. 4 air compressor overhaul project on December 29, 2023. The bidding information is announced as follows:

1、 Project Name

Overhaul project of No. 4 air compressor.

2、 Engineering construction content and related requirements

（1） Engineering construction content

A major overhaul was carried out on the No. 4 air compressor (model: FHOG-400W) in the power workshop air compression station. The head of the No. 4 air compressor was disassembled, inspected, and repaired. The specific maintenance contents are as follows:

1. Worm repair, replacement of worm components, adjustment of meshing groove clearance to meet standards.

2. Repair and replace the spindle bearing seat.

3. Replace the complete set of bearing components.

4. Replace the star wheel assembly.

（2） Engineering requirements

1. Disassemble the head of the No. 4 air compressor, replace the internal bearing components and oil seals. The replacement bearings inside the head of the air compressor must be of the same model as the dismantled bearings, and the bearing brand must be NSK.

2. Repair the casing to remove carbon deposits, repair worn parts inside, shrink the joint between the casing, star wheel, and main shaft, and reduce vibration and noise.

3. Perform dynamic balance testing and verification on the worm and star gear to restore the original accuracy.

4. Clean the assembled components to ensure that the assembled machine head is clean and free of foreign objects.

5. Check the pressure control system of the air compressor, and it is required that the maximum pressure loaded on the air compressor after major repairs should reach 6.5 kilograms or more.

The removal and installation of the 6.4 air compressor, as well as all expenses incurred during transportation, shall be borne by the contractor.

7. After repair, the contractor shall provide the employer with a detailed list of the main replacement parts and relevant information. The replaced and dismantled main parts must be returned to the factory and handed over to the employer for disposal.

8. All construction materials and tools involved in the construction shall be the responsibility of the contractor. The main materials must provide product certificates or inspection reports, and can only be used after passing the acceptance by relevant personnel of the contracting party.

9. All construction personnel of this project must purchase insurance, which shall be purchased according to the real name system of the operators. If personnel need to be replaced during construction, the contractor shall purchase insurance again. Otherwise, all losses caused shall be borne by the contractor.

10. During the construction of this project, the contractor must appoint a dedicated safety officer to supervise and manage safety on site. The safety officer must hold a certificate and the certificate is valid, and the person and certificate must be combined. Special operation personnel must hold a valid certificate to work, and the certificate must be combined.

3、 Duration requirements

（1） Total construction period: The total construction period for the overhaul of the 4th air compressor is 40 calendar days (the construction period will be postponed due to production impact).

（2） The commencement date of the contract shall be based on the approval date of the commencement report of the project.

4、 Engineering quality requirements

The engineering quality is qualified, and the warranty period is one year from the date of signing the final acceptance of the project.

5、 Payment method

（1） Advance payment: 30% of the total contract price shall be paid as advance payment after the contract is signed.

（2） Payment for shipment: 30% of the total contract price shall be paid upon completion of repairs and delivery to the factory.

（3） Acceptance payment: After passing the acceptance and settling the outstanding accounts, 35% of the total contract price shall be paid, and 5% of the total contract price shall be retained
